Manifiesto

MAU es el universo creativo de Rebeca Linares, arquitecta de interiores, donde el diseño espacial, el mobiliario y la colaboración artística colaboran para desarrollar ambientes con identidad y profundidad.

A serene living room concept showcasing bespoke interior architecture: a low, stone-clad fireplace wall seamlessly integrated with slender oak shelving and a floating, monolithic bench in travertine. Sculptural, off-white modular seating with subtle bouclé texture is arranged around a minimalist coffee table crafted from dark-stained wood and brushed metal. The space opens to a large window framed in thin black metal, revealing soft daylight that washes across microcement floors, casting gentle, elongated shadows. Photographic realism with a clean, modern, sophisticated mood, captured at eye level with a wide lens, emphasizing spatial continuity and refined materiality. Background elements are softly blurred to highlight the crafted junctions between wall, furniture, and architectural details.
A refined dining area defined by custom furniture and art: a long, slim oak dining table with chamfered edges and a matte finish, paired with sculptural upholstered chairs in warm taupe. Above the table hovers a linear brass pendant with diffused warm light, echoing the table’s length. A large, abstract textured artwork in muted terracotta, ivory, and charcoal tones anchors the wall behind, set against smooth limestone plaster. Natural late-afternoon light enters from an unseen window, mixing with the pendant glow to create a soft, inviting atmosphere. Shot in photographic realism from a slightly elevated angle, using the rule of thirds to frame table, lighting, and artwork, with crisp focus on materials and a subtly blurred background for depth.
A sophisticated studio moodboard wall for an interior design project: large, overlapping boards of linen-covered panels pinned with fabric swatches in sand, clay, and charcoal, fragments of veined marble, oiled oak samples, and small monochrome architectural sketches. On a nearby low console in smoked oak, carefully arranged are a plaster maquette of a spatial layout, a stack of linen-bound portfolios, and a single, minimalist ceramic vessel. Soft, diffused daylight from a high side window grazes the textures, creating delicate shadows and highlighting material depth. Captured in photographic realism at a slight three-quarter angle, with a shallow depth of field focusing on the central cluster of samples. The mood is calm, intellectual, and meticulously curated, embodying a high-end design practice without showing any people.
